Financial management or fiduciary services

You remain fully responsible for your financial decisions, compliance, budgeting, investments, and money management.

HUKES is not liable for your implementation, outcomes, or financial performance.

3. Eligibility

To use HUKES Financials, you must:

Be at least 18 years old

Have legal capacity to enter a contract

Provide accurate personal information

Not use HUKES services for unlawful or fraudulent activity

We may reject or terminate your account at our discretion.

4. Billing, Payments & Renewals

4.1 Consultation Fees ($99 Strategy Session)

Consultation payments are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in writing.

Once a session is scheduled and paid for, you agree to:

Attend at the scheduled time

Provide at least 24 hours notice for rescheduling

Accept forfeiture of payment for no-shows

HUKES is not required to refund missed sessions.

4.2 Membership Plans ($24.99/month)

Your membership renews automatically every 30 days until cancelled.

By subscribing you authorize HUKES to charge your card on file.

Failure to update payment details may result in suspension.

Cancellation must be processed by YOU through your account or submitted in writing.

Cancellations take effect at the next billing cycle — no partial or prorated refunds.

4.3 One-Year Hosting (If Applicable)

Hosting and CRM services purchased through HUKES are valid for 12 months.

After the first year, renewal occurs monthly at $97 unless cancelled.

5. Refund Policy

All payments for:

Consultations

Memberships

Digital products

Ebooks

Programs

Courses

Software or CRM hosting

Community access

…are strictly non-refundable due to the immediate value and intellectual property delivered.

HUKES does not offer refunds for user dissatisfaction, lack of results, missed sessions, or unused time.

6. No Guarantees or Promises

You understand and agree that:

HUKES does not guarantee income increase.

HUKES does not guarantee debt elimination.

HUKES does not guarantee savings growth.

HUKES does not guarantee financial outcomes of any kind.

Your financial success depends entirely on your discipline, decisions, and implementation.

Any testimonials or results shared are examples and not guarantees.

7. Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

Provide accurate financial information when needed

Follow instructions and assignments

Take full responsibility for your decisions

Avoid illegal or unethical use of HUKES services

Maintain confidentiality of your login credentials

Refrain from disrupting community operations

Failure to comply may result in termination without refund.

8. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, materials, tools, ebooks, trainings, videos, scripts, quizzes, assessments, and systems created by HUKES are 100% copyrighted and owned by HUKES Integrate Services.

You may NOT:

Resell, distribute, or duplicate our content

Share membership materials

Use our tools commercially

Remove copyright notices

Post our content publicly

Teach our frameworks as your own

Violation will result in legal action, including financial damages and injunctions.

9. Community Conduct (Membership Rules)

To maintain a productive community environment, you agree to:

No harassment, bullying, or offensive behavior

No spam, self-promotion, or solicitation

No sharing of private information

No recording or distributing private sessions without consent

Respectful engagement with other members and instructors

HUKES may remove any user violating these rules without refund.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law:

HUKES IS NOT LIABLE FOR:

Loss of income

Financial loss

Debt outcomes

Missed opportunities

Poor financial decisions

Emotional distress

Liability resulting from actions taken based on HUKES information

Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless HUKES, its owners, employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities caused by:

Your misuse of the program

Your financial decisions

Your violation of these Terms

Any reliance on information provided by HUKES

12. Termination

HUKES may terminate your access immediately if:

You violate these terms

You misuse our content

You engage in abusive or fraudulent behavior

Your payment fails repeatedly

You pose a risk to the community

No refunds will be issued upon termination.

13. Changes to Terms

Changes become effective immediately upon posting.
